How Does Dysport Work?
Dysport injections are administered in one of our private treatment rooms following your exam and discussion with Dr. Andrea Ball, which will take no more than minutes. A numbing cream is typically not needed because the injections are provided with a fine needle that causes little pain, but it can be applied if requested. Once the treatment area has been sanitized, a handful of injections will be administered across the brow and forehead region, followed by an ice pack to reduce bruising and inflammation. After your treatment at Ball Dentistry, you are free to perform your everyday routine, although you should plan to stay away from heavy activities for at least one day.
